Motivation

I always had a dream right from childhood to help those people who can't help themselves. I always wanted

  1. To reach out to homeless street children without any form of support, in order to understand and analyze their life situation, socio-economic problems, psychological and emotional needs.
  2. To help the elders to understand their children better.
  3. To provide opportunities for basic services, such as, education, nutrition, skill training, employment, recreation, counseling (those who lost hopes), sanitation, for the healthy growth and development of street and working children, especially younger ones.
  4. To make street children aware of themselves and their problems, thus mobilizing their potential to help themselves.
  5. To spread awareness and understanding among the general public about the problems of street children.
  6. To set up a network working towards a coordinated effort in working with street children.
  7. To conduct research studies on street and orphan working children for prevention purposes.
  8. To instill in street children a sense of harmonious and socially integrated living, thus contributing, on a local level, to the global need for a cleaner, healthier and more peaceful planet, environment and future.
  9. To give all children the chance to learn computer operation and mechanics to enable them to have a good job.
  10. To provide the awareness to the general people and their kids about street kids and how we can help them to make their bright future.

All these things I can't perform at this stage of my life because excelling in engineering career is also very vital for my future endeavor. I realize that in school and colleges, I was responsible for fund raising financial activities for different cultural and technical programs. This really helps me to decide to join as a fund raiser on behalf of "I Have A Dream Goal" Charity Foundation and to achieve my childhood dream indirectly through this organization. I am really very glad that I am contributing my time on children's early childhood development.

Several core beliefs drive everything we do at "I Have A Dream Goal" Charity Foundation:

We will only achieve our promise when all children have the opportunity to fulfill their potential.

Inadequate academic preparation, lack of information, and tuition costs present major roadblocks to college, creating a cycle of under-performance and low expectations that limits our children's futures;

Preparing street and orphan children's for college.

The expectations we hold of students will impact how far they will advance, and students who are held to rigorous standards have a higher rate of success. Making sure all children are prepared for college will ensure a high bar that will bring out the best not only in our students but in all those responsible for cultivating their success. Higher education is one of our nation's greatest engines for achieving the Indian dream and every person should have a chance at it.

Street and Orphan children's can achieve at a high level when given the opportunity.

Rigorous standards combined with adequate support will lead to strong performance.

An early start is needed to get our children on the pathway to college.

We need to start early before the achievement gap becomes too wide. As Street and Orphan children fall further behind, expectations slip further and it becomes increasingly difficult to marshal the needed resources to get those children on a college track.

We need to address not just Street and Orphan children's academic needs but the broader context in which they're operating.

We need to take a holistic approach that starts with the goal of college and addresses all the roadblocks along the way, to ensure our students are operating in an environment conducive to learning.

Enduring change will require that we empower Street and Orphan children and the broader community in addition to fixing schools.

Street and Orphan children to demand more out of the system and keep the bar high. As more active and knowledgeable consumers of the public school system, these kids can better navigate school systems, extract value from school services, and champion for needed changes both individually and collectively.

Children We Serve

Instead, we offer the same opportunities to every child without considering the religion, region or cultural aspects and we do whatever it takes to get each child to college.

Inspiration

These are the articles which really inspried us to work for street and orphan kids. Some of them have been adapted their unavoidable situation right from their childhood and some of them orphaned because of farmers in the vidarbha region commited suicides under unavoidable circumstances. This really affecting their education & enhancement in their personnel growth who are the real poineer of our new generation. Whoever is responsible for their situation, but we as a human being needs to be a part of their growth. We are grateful to the almighty that we have not come across this situation but its everybody's responsibility that we should pull them out of their situation and give them an opportunity to stand their own to achieve their goals in their life. Let's come together, we should give them a opportunity to climb the ladder of success...

Thoughts

"Charity sees the need, not the cause. Charity begins at home, but should not end there".

"Real charity doesn't care if it's tax-deductible or not."

"The charity that is a trifle to us can be precious to others."

"Charity is injurious unless it helps the recipient to become independent of it."

"Success is not how much money you made for yourself. It is how many people you helped to become successful. Those of us who are on top [have] the responsibility to help those at the bottom because someday we might find ourselves at the bottom."
